Facebook Pixel code is not working in the Header of Wordpress site. When I copy-paste the Facebook Pixel code from Facebook ads to my Wordpress website header, there is an yellowish exclamation mark, showing the following error:
“An alt attribute must be present on <img> elements”
What does it mean and how to solve the problem in Facebook Pixel code? While I'm testing the Pixel it says "no activity likely due to an error in the Pixel base code" . Do I have to add an alt attribute?
First Solutions: Use the default Wordpress theme editor option and go to 'header' to insert the Facebook Pixel Code.
(Or use a different plugin).
Second Solutions: The problem can be caused by adblocker. For this reason, when you test the click won't get registered in pixel. So check whether you have a ad blocker on your browser on.
Third Solution: add alt tags : alt="______add alt tags code here_______ " .
